Yoga Lifestyle Retreat led by Marci Tousey
Dive into the principles of yoga and deepen your experience of how to live everyday aware and awake. During this retreat, you will attend a variety of classes and workshops that include yoga, sitting and walking meditation, journaling, dream reading, connecting with nature, yoga philosophy and Ayurveda self-care.
Please note that various styles of yoga will be offered including vinyasa, yin, gentle and yoga nidra.
The 4 night, 5 day all inclusive price is $599. Most rooms are double or triple occupancy.
Meals are healthy vegetarian. There will be two catered vegetarian meals a day, brunch and dinner. Fruit, nuts and herbal teas will be available throughout the day for snacking.
